MODEL LC-1944-2

The Custom Switches’ Model Lc-1944-2 Mercury Free Float Switch Is A Direct Acting Counterweighted Float Containing A Single Pole Double Throw Form “C” Switch. The Float Cable Is Attached At The Mid Level Control Point, Allowing The Float To Move Freely Between The Upper And Lower Control Limits. As The Liquid Level Rises To The High Control Limit, The Fully Extended Cable Causes The Counterweight To Move To The Opposite End Of The Float Flipping The Float Over. This Movement Causes The Switch Position To Change. The Switch Remains In This Position Until The Liquid Level Drops And The Lower. Control Limit Is Reached. The Counterweight Again Flips The Float And The Cycle Is Repeated.
