Model JS is a miniature tilt switch designed to replace mercury switches. The JS tilt switch is comprised of a hermeticaly sealed switch assembly encapsulated in a ABS housing for high strength. It is water, oil and dust tight and is designed for millions of fast trouble free operations.
The JS tilt switch is effected when moved through an arc of 45 degrees or more. The arc of the switch must be centered on the horizontal plane. The simplicity of the switching action and the absence of mercury in the switch assembly are factors indicative of the innumerable advantages of Tilt Switch over conventional switches.
